Monday WOD – CrossFit Beginner Day 6

2 Week Beginner CrossFit Program

Still trucking along with the CrossFit Beginner Programme. I did 100 pushups and ended up splitting them up into 25 at a time. Over the weekend my husband watched me doing pushups like a hawk and corrected me whenever I wasn’t doing them properly, so today I moved pretty slowly and focused on keeping good form.
